1. About this website
This website is operated by the Kaunas Plastic Surgery Meeting (KPSM) organising committee. By accessing and using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Registration and attendance
- Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during registration.
- All attendees must hold valid professional credentials relevant to the meeting programme.
- The organisers reserve the right to refuse or cancel a registration at their discretion, with a full refund provided.
3. Cancellation and refund policy
- More than 60 days before the event: full refund minus a €50 administrative fee.
- 30–60 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Less than 30 days before the event: no refund. Substitution of attendee is permitted.
- In the event that KPSM cancels the meeting, all registration fees will be refunded in full.
4. Programme changes
The organisers reserve the right to modify the programme, including speakers, session times, and topics, without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle attendees to a refund.
5. Intellectual property
- All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of KPSM and protected by copyright.
- Presentations and materials shared during the meeting are the intellectual property of their respective authors. Recording, photographing, or distributing presentation content without the speaker's written consent is prohibited.
6. Photography and media
The meeting may be photographed and recorded for promotional and archival purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in event-related media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the registration desk upon arrival.
7. Liability
- KPSM is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event, except where caused by negligence on the part of the organisers.
- Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance.
- The information provided on this website and during the meeting is for educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice.
8. Code of conduct
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. The organisers reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate, without refund.
9. Data protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable EU data protection legislation (GDPR).
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
